Jay is a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in delivering major transport infrastructure projects. He has worked in both delivery and advisory roles, assisting clients with his effective contract negotiation skills. Additionally, he is skilled in assessing and resolving complex claims and variations, ensuring successful project completion.
Jay began his career in construction as a trade assistant. With twelve years of experience within the construction in the industry, Jay has worked as a Senior Engineer, Leading Hand, and Lab Technician.

Jay has 35 years of experience in the Airport Industry working for a range of clients, consultants and contractors. Skilled in Capex and Opex planning,Pavement Design, Pavement Construction, Design Management, Apron construction and Asphalt Paving works. Jay worked in 22 Airport Projects including the construction of two greenfield Airports on reclaimed land.
